The living space is a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom on the 4th floor. The room that is available faces the center part of the complex with a single window that has blinds. There’s a sliding door closet. You’ll also have your own bathroom. Any furniture you bring should fit in the bedroom, there’s no additional storage onsite. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware. There is also a microwave, refrigerator, electric oven, and dishwasher. There is ample cabinet space and room to incorporate additional small kitchen appliances and other cookware. The living room is furnished with a couch, two side chairs, coffee table, large screen TV, and stand. There’s a stacked washer/dryer in the unit. I also have a Bissell Pro carpet cleaner and a shark vacuum. The sliding door leads to a small balcony patio that overlooks University Dr and ASU in the distance. Nice space for early morning coffee to watch the sunrise or decompress and watch the sunset later in the evening. Great photo ops! The common areas of the complex feature many chairs, a gas firepit, and TV’s. There’s a secure gated pool located in the center of the complex with a lot of lounging space. There’s a secure parking garage that does require an additional fee. There’s also uncovered parking available. You would need to be officially added to the lease. The apartment management company will require proof of income and perform a credit and background check.

I’m a professional (work for myself), very clean, quiet and respectful. I’m an outgoing person that gets along with just about anyone. I enjoy cooking, good coffee and conversation. My background includes film, photography, and technology. I’m also an avid outdoors person that enjoys hiking or just exploring new places. I’m currently looking for a similar like-minded person that is looking for a room to rent in Tempe, near ASU. Preferably a career minded professional or ASU student. Many of the residents here are ASU students and professionals with various backgrounds. The atmosphere is very eclectic, laidback, and offers a welcoming sense of community.
