About the room
These are actually the choices that my husband and I are actively looking for in a RENTAL HOME (for us, and also another couple). Preferably a house in Irving or a nearby area, west Dallas and midcities okay. End results of our searches will vary, costs are also going to vary. So far we have found 5 or 6 that have rents of 1,975 to 2,400 (Irving). Rent, deposits, fees and all bills will be split between 4 people. About the roomies
We are stable, easy-going, responsible and friendly, looking for same. Have excellent rent record and keep a clean, organized home. Very quiet, mostly home-bodies, in our sixties, but active. I have a small home business. We have a small, very well-behaved dog that never barks.
