Idlewood Cove

Howdy!

My name is Jamie and I’m in the process of purchasing my first home and set to close June 6th! I’m looking for a roommate for my new place that’s a 2 bedroom 1 bath 1200sq ft with a cute sunroom in the back and nice size backyard! The house is super close to three bus stops, one of which comes every 10 minutes and takes you straight to soco! They have cleared out the land behind my property and are putting in hopefully some cool new hangout spots for people to enjoy! The house is also five minutes from all the breweries and hang outs popping up off st Elmo!

The house is currently being renovated and is set to be done the beginning of June so I haven’t posted any pics but would be more than willing to share where the house it at with the remodel if you request current pics! Or we can meet up and I can let you see the place!

A little about me: I’m a Texas A&M grad who enjoy a very fit lifestyle! I eat really clean (want to maybe have a garden and chickens once I get the house squared away) enjoy being outdoors running, riding my bike, spending time socializing with friends and family, etc. I work full time as a firefighter and love what I do!

I’m looking for a non smoking roommate who is ideally looking for a friend as well as a roommate!
