Micheal's room

We have ONE bedroom (12 x 11 ft) on the 1F that has a full bathroom to lease. The house was renovated in 2021, and is right at the border of Ontario and Chino. It is equipped with a security system monitored interactively by professionals. Life here is very convenient because it is close to Food4Less, Grocery Outlet, Stater Bros., Jack in the box, Del Taco, McDonald’s, Carl’s Jr., Walgreen, Wing Stop, ARCO gas station, Mobile gas station, Chevron gas station, Ramona Tire, HomeDepot, and Dollar Store. In addition, It is in a quiet community with many street parking lots, and around 1 mile away from highway 60.

*** For each room, we are looking for a male roommate who respects the following house rules: (1) No party, and no friend sleepover. (2) No smoking cigarettes/marijuana, and no drugs (3) No laundry after 11pm.

My wife, I, two french bulldogs, one tenant who works at Chino live in the house.
