I’m looking for a roommate to share a 2b/2ba 1300 sqft condo near downtown Redmond.

Bedroom is 11’x12’ and with sizable closet. Rent is $1450 a month for singles, $1700 for couples (Lease would be up June 2023 with potential to renew). Rent includes water/sewer/garbage so we only need to split electricity/wifi. You get a free parking spot

-10 minute walk from Redmond Town Center, 5 minutes to a 545 stop, close to the 520. Very close to Microsoft/Google/Facebook

There are newly renovated with wood floors, all new kitchen appliances, washer/dryer in unit, balcony, community hot tub and pool

I’m the only other person that will be living in the unit. I don’t have a pet but pets are negotiable Right now the place is mostly unfurnished. there is one large rug in the living room, a dining table with four chairs, and a mount for a TV if you want to set one up

Available June 1, but you may be able move in sooner

A bit about myself: 25 y/o guy who works from home. I’m pretty quiet, prefer my solitude, but I’m happy to converse. Clean — no outdoor shoes in the house.
