The townhouse is part of the Wellington Place Luxury Apartments and Townhouses Complex. It is a gated area with many amenities. The townhouse is very spacious. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. We will share a kitchen and living room. In addition, we also have our own private backyard and in unit laundry. You will also have access to a community gym, pool, and clubhouse. All the common spaces are already furnished, so you will just need furniture for your own private bedroom and private bathroom. Hi, my name is Kassie and I moved to Cincinnati for a new job. I have a german shepard named Koda who would be living with us. He is very well trained. However, does NOT get along with other pets. Some things about me are I am very clean, outgoing and I like to live an active lifestyle. I love cooking and going on hikes!
