I am Chris and have lived here since 2017. I stay in the master room. I am currently having the outside of the house painted. That is why we are flexable about move in date. I enjoy surfing, golfing, playing pool, working out, mountain bike riding, and more or less most beach activities. The lady that just moved out this week was 34 and was a full time driver for Uber and Lyft. The lady who stays in the 2nd room is a full time university student from Europe.
