We are looking 1 roomate for our lovely home. One of our current roommate is leaving for personal reasons.

The room would be available in May 30th Or maybe sooner

ABOUT THE HOUSE

• We are in South Philly in Annin St. Between the 10th and 11th. • 4 bed and 2.5 bath. (3 floors + basement) • The common areas are furniture • Dishwasher, washer and Dryer in the house. • A/C • Near to public transportation, schools and stores. • very quite and secure neighborhood • Backyard with grill.

ABOUT YOUR ROOM

Is a private room located in the second floor. You will be sharing a full bathroom with two persons. You have your own closet. A large window with view to the street.

$920 per month. Utilities (water, electricity and internet) are included.

NOTES

• Our lease ends in October 16th • Pets are aloud in the building previous authorization of our landlord. He will probably ask you to pay a fee. He is a very nice and responsible person. • to move in, no deposit is required, you only need to pay for advanced the rent of the room.

ABOUT YOUR ROOMATES

3 male (Cesar, Manuel and me, Alberto) 1 female (Lizy) all in our Middle 20s except for Cesar he is 30.

We are all international Chef trainees, working for STARR restaurants. We arrived to Philly 6 month ago.

We are all easygoing, and very friendly. LGBT friendly. We like to keep common areas clean and organized, and we are the most of the time working. So the house is very quiet and relax, the most of the time.

We like to have small reunions with our friends, usually once or twice a month on Sundays. We use to drink some beer, listening to music and playing some board games.
