Large first floor bedroom available with shared use of the bathroom, eat in kitchen, and group studio/workspace, includes off-street parking, and laundry.
12 month lease, $800/mo plus utilities. You’ll be sharing the living space with 3 other roommates and 1 sweet kitty. Bedroom is private, approx. 320 Sq ft, beautiful natural light, and hardwood floors. In between UML South and North Campuses.
Move in costs would be first, last and security = $2400
Preference given to visual artists.
