West 24th Street

I am looking for someone to take over my lease from May 1st-July 31st 2022, you will have the option of resigning after if you chose to do so. It’s a private one bedroom one bath at the rockland, with one female roommate. You would be required to share the kitchen and living room spaces. The unit comes furnished, with a washer and dryer, and all utilities paid for except electric, and a flat rate of $10 a month for trash (which is valet). Pets are also allowed! I have yet to meet the roommate, she is moving in May 1st! The other bedroom in the apartment was not filled prior to me moving out.
