$1000 to move in - farmhouse only 2.5 years old. Room is private with shared bath and walk in closet. EVERYTHING is included (internet, cable, trash service, etc.) Would like 3–12-month lease. NO Drugs or Drama.

Open to men or women. We get along great, and house is drama free. There are 2 dogs, but they stay inside (1st floor)/outside depending on weather.
