California Avenue Southwest

Hello, my name Is Sarah. My partner, Paul, and I are looking for housemate(s) for our apartment. We have a spare room that is on the smaller side (8 ft by 11). It has wood floors and a decent amount of closet space. We live in West Seattle near the C line and Alaska Junction. So, you would be able to get downtown in like 15-30 minutes depending on traffic. We live with our cat, Jesus in the larger room. He is a super sweet and friendly cat. The apartment has a shared full bathroom and a shared kitchen. Laundry is coin operated in the building. We are on the top floor with a southern exposure so, we get a lot of light and have a partial view of the Olympic Mountains. We would like 750 plus 1/3 of electricity and internet. We would like to find someone who is looking for a lease of at least six months. Available immediately but willing to hold it for the right fit. 

We are both creative. I write young adult novels and recently graduated from Hamline University with my Masters in Fine Arts in Writing for Children and Young Adults. Paul does slam poetry. He also loves plants. He got his Masters in Psychology from Antioch.

We are both progressives and work in social justice field. I am a technical writer for Community Health Plan of Washington (we do Medicare and Medicaid) and Paul works with DESC as a mental health advocate.
