**** FURNISHED ROOM FOR RENT **** In a newly built home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The room for rent is a furnished secondary bedroom with hall bathroom (the bathroom would be semi-private - access would be exclusively for whoever rents the room on a daily basis, but would also function as a guest bathroom if a visitor stops by). There is a full-sized bed, nightstand, desk, and bi-pass style closet with shelves and poles for hanging clothes. The bathroom has two sinks at the vanity, a toilet and a tub/shower combo with curtain. The kitchen has white cabinets and quartz counters and general cooking equipment, including a dishwasher. The living room area has couch seating, and the small backyard has raised garden boxes (happy to share the veggies!), fire pit, charcoal grill, and rocking chairs. Washer & dryer inside as well. The garage has kickboxing bag which is available for use - street parking for vehicles. The home is located off a cross-street of HWY 25, so there is quick access to the highway.

I have a friendly indoor tabby cat. Pet(s) may be welcome in a case-by-case basis for additional cost. Short-term rental: the room is available through the end of this year, and then on a month-by-month basis after that. Available for immediate move-in. Ideal roommate - quiet, responsible, respectful person who works outside the home. (I work from home). Background & credit checks required.

I’m laid-back in personality and enjoy spending time outdoors! I work from home so I’m at the house a lot during typical working hours. I love to read, cook, walk, hike - my home is definitely chill and I generally like the quiet. I’m work in the home building industry, and have a friendly, indoor, gray tabby cat named Hops!
