Roommates have their own private 12x11 feet carpeted room with a closet. No one shall enter without their permission. Pet-friendly household, but it’s completely the pet owner’s responsibility. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Backyard is adjacent to a ranch with cows grazing nearby occasionally. Short drive to every kind of shopping.

The house has 5 bedrooms, so potentially sharing common spaces with handful of low-key housemates. We’re all friendly and tolerant of all kinds of lifestyles. We often keep to ourselves as we are busy with work and hobbies, but we’re also up for hanging out, having dinner, or playing board games together. We’re easy to talk to.
