North Downing Street

I am looking for someone to sublet my large spare room in Capitol Hill (13th and Downing) from now until July 31st. I am asking $975/month (rent includes ALL utilities). The room is 11’x14’, it comes with an entire wall of closet space and floor to ceiling mirrors. The window has a mountain view and gives great natural light. The door locks and the room is only steps from the bathroom. The apartment is quite spacious and features a huge balcony (I fit a couch on it and there is still a bunch of room), dishwasher, central air, lots of closet space in addition to the space in the bedroom. We are on the 5th floor so mountain and city views from the balcony as well. There is laundry on every floor, a game/lounge room on the bottom floor with ping pong, shuffle board, bike storage, exercise equipment, and access to the pool. The apartment is also shared by two very sweet and low key cats. The neighborhood is awesome with lots of great places directly across the street, like a Thump coffee shop, multiple bars, a liquor/beer shop, pizza, an eastern food restauraunt and a dispensary. We are walking distance from the Ogden and Filmore, a King Soopers, The black box, Pearls, Cheesman park as well as all the rest of the fun stuff on E Colfax. I am a chill and easy going guy who works in the film industry (so one day I’m here and the next I’m in the south pole filming penguins, I love the travel) and I love to be creative. I like to be social and party but I also enjoy quiet time from time to time too. I like to think of this space as the Oasis, a place to come chill and recharge that is welcome to all.
