Amanda's room

The apartment is a 2 bed/2 bath and is more like a townhouse layout. The first floor is the living room, dining room, kitchen, washer & dryer, and my bed/bath. The room and bathroom that is available is upstairs. It is a spacious room with a walk in closet. There is a pool, hot tub, and work out room at the complex. The apartments are surrounded by nature and it is a peaceful place to live.

A little about me : I am a very clean, organized, and respectful individual. I work full time Monday-Friday (not from home), and in my free time I enjoy cooking/baking, going to the gym, being out in nature, and hiking with my dog (very friendly 12 year old pomeranian). I live a healthy lifestyle, eat a plant based vegan diet, and do not drink or smoke (no judgement if you do, but no smoking inside the apartment). If you are also plant based, vegan, or vegetarian that is amazing but not something that would be a deal breaker as a roommate if not. I would just want you to be respectful and always clean up after yourself in the kitchen. I do prefer to use more natural, toxin free cleaning products. I have a food blog and spend a lot of time in the kitchen (mainly on weekends) so that is something you would have to be cool with. I am sometimes recording in the kitchen so would just ask to have that space to myself during those times. A clean, comfortable, and relaxing living space is super important to me. I’m very easy going, open minded, and understanding.
