About the room
Hello i have a unfurnished private room for rent with a lease in a shared two bedroom apartment located in clovis by the sierra vista mall, it is $860 month water included. You have your own private room with your own private bathroom, it has two closets and two windows. You share a kitchen that comes with a microwave,dishwasher and refrigerator, you also share a living room, patio, poultry closet, guest restroom, a washer/dryer, AC/Heater and a hallway closet. There is gated parking lot with plenty of parking spots. There is also a gym and a pool for all residents to use. You are allowed to have pets, have guests over at anytime, this is student friendly, all ages are welcomed! You can move in as soon as possible!!!
About the roomies
Adult Male who works from all day. Very polite and quiet, no issues at all!
