The house is 5 minutes from downtown Edmonds, QFC, PCC, and plenty of restaurants and fast food spots, while also managing to be tucked away on a quiet side street! There’s also Yost Park just a few minutes away, with wooded hiking and running trails for any nature lovers out there!

The room measures 9x10, big enough for a double bed and dresser!

A little about the space: The whole house gets amazing natural light throughout the day and is filled with plants that love to soak it up. Kitchen has plenty of counter and cabinet space for anybody who likes to cook. Large fully-fenced backyard with deck, garden, and hot tub! Laundry room with full-sized washer/dryer, cabinets, and shelving. Parking is off-street. Lots of storage space including a garden shed and garage. 420 and alcohol friendly (I’m a social smoker)
