Ryan's room

This is a brand new home that I recently purchased. The house is located in a nice area right by the new Sanger High School with great access to the 180 and 168 Freeways as well as the amenities nearby. The room is new, has never been lived in and is located at the very front of the house away from the Master Bedroom. There will be access to a bathroom that only will be used by guests in the event I have friends over.

I will be living here as my primary residence. I am recently divorced and I do have (2) children, but they are only with me for 1 overnight a week. Beyond that it will just be me there when I am home. I do work a lot as I am an operations manager. The home will come with all the utilities required so I am only asking for rent on a monthly basis.
