currently looking to fill 1 room in a 6 bedroom house starting June 1st, 2022! -the house is located on E 1st Ave near Esplanade -rent is $483 per person ($2,900 total), the deposit is $667 per person -must have a cosigner unless you make 3x the rent ($1450) per month! -there are 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 are shared and one is connected to the bedroom in this listing -utilities are separate -15 min walk/5 min bike ride to campus -there is no dishwasher but there is a washer and dryer, two refrigerators, and AC/heat -parking on street and in back -we have a couple cats but our landlord won’t allow any more pets -message me if you have any questions!

I’m a current resident of this house, my current roommates are moving out so everyone except me will be new. I’m 25 years old and I work in retail, I usually just go to work and come home and hang out in my room. I tend to keep to myself most times and I always clean up after myself. There is one person who is not currently in school but everyone else is a student!
