Seeking 6 month to 1 year occupancy for large, unfurnished bedroom in 2nd fl. walk up in 3 bedroom private house on quiet tree lined East Flatbush neighborhood. Electricity, gas and wifi are included. Located 2 blocks from 2 and 5 subway, short walking distance to B35, B41, B44 and B49 buses. 15 minutes drive to Prospect Park, Barclay Center, Kings Plaza and Atlantic Terminal Mall. A few minutes from Kings County, Suny Downstate and Kingsbrook hospitals. Many restaurants, cafes, stores, laundermats and supermarkets in the neighborhood. Longer occupancy depends on our chemistry, lol.

Looking for a friendly, CLEAN individual who is quiet, responsible, financially stable, drug/nicotine free (cannabis okay), willing to clean up after themselves and share in the weekly cleaning of bathroom, kitchen and hallway. You will share BATHROOM with one roommate. An occasional guest is more than welcome, but we do not expect our home to be used as a routine hotel for guests.
