The house is a 60s cantilevered 2 bed, 2 bath unit nestled in the trees on a beautifully landscaped private property mid-Canyon and is sunny and bright all day. The views down the canyon are stunning, it really feels like you are in a treehouse!

The house is fully furnished (as you can see in the photos, this is still a work in progress but getting close to being done). The room is unfurnished, but does currently have a super comfortable twin futon which could either be left in and used or moved into storage if you have your own bed. The room has a private ensuite bathroom/shower and large storage closet. In addition the the main bathroom, the property also includes a large double lounge, kitchen, good sized patio, outdoor storage shed, washer/dryer and a private parking spot as well as wifi, stereo, 55“ TV etc. The bedroom has folding, french-style doors which can be opened all the way out. I am a super laid back male in my mid 30s working in the music industry and originally from Scotland. I mostly work from home but travel pretty regularly. I’m clean and tidy, although not obsessively so, and would like a roommate who is similar. Love having drinks with friends, meeting new people, cycling, hiking, reading, soccer, listening to music etc, always happy to have people over for chill hangs, but if you’re looking for a wild party spot, this probably isn’t the one. I would consider a small, chill dog, but no cats.
