Ezrah's room

Hello Roomies! I am relocating out of state and my apartment is open for 1 lucky individual. The room is available at the start of May, but I will be moving next week. Overall, we are looking for someone to stay here for awhile.

So: Massive 11.5’x11’ room (thats a queen sized bed in the picture, for scale), not including closet with a shared bathroom that you share with another housemate, K. In a 4 bedroom apartment that is rent controlled (hence the price) and carpeted.

Free parking in the garage and easy street parking in the area, no permits needed, but check the street cleaning schedule. The landlord covers water (so take baths everyday, why not?), all other utilities (gas, electricity, internet, tv subscriptions) are split between housemates. Free use of the washer and dryer in the apartment. The 4th room has been converted to storage/guest room. Shared fully furnished common areas (kitchen, living, and dining room). We have groceries delivered monthly, and share cleaning supplies.

Because of our various schedules this is not a party house, but you can bring over guests without any issues, just don’t be loud and please clean up after yourself.

The apartment gets plenty of natural light so if you’re a fan of plants or basking this location is perfect for you!

Apartment located in Central Richmond along the 31 line. Two blocks from the 5, too blocks from the 38, four blocks from the 1. Located next to many grocery stores and too many restaurants to count. I have a car but I never really use it since most things are within walking distance.

A and N are married and share the master bedroom and have been living at the apartment for years. A works nights and N is on a hybrid schedule for now. K works a standard schedule, but travels most weekends. Everyone is a fan of all types of sports and board games. This is a very relaxed apartment. If you like to be left alone or vibe with your housemates come check it out.
