This complex (Malibu) is quite literally right across the street from usf, so if you are a student, a great walking location. The bedrooms each have an individual balcony, bathroom, and closet and comes fully furnished if liked, and the common area is very roomy with a large kitchen with a bar, tons of cabinet storage, pantry, and all the kitchen utilities. The open planned living room is furnished with a Tv w/stand, two couches and some tables. There is a spacious laundry room with shelving, w/d included. The complex has a pool, game/study room, and 24/7 gym and is a gated, one building (smaller) community. Our lease starts in August and will be active for 12 months. There is a recommended $150 gated parking area, and while the application and security fees are $150 and $200 respectively, if we sign together as a group in person as soon as possible, these fees will be waved. We are looking to sign or have a confirmed roommate by Tuesday April 26.
