The room is in a 4x2 townhouse. The townhouse has a four-car garage, in-unit washer and dryer, and comes fully furnished! Doors in every bedroom come with a lock and key. Walk-in closet and very spacious bedroom. Pets are welcome as well. The townhouse also has access to the 24 hr gym, saltwater pool, clubhouse, and all the other amenities and luxuries that Lark Apartments has to offer! Walking distance to Target and a 5-minute drive to Sac State. There is also a free shuttle to Sac State and Target every 15 minutes. My roommate is also looking for someone to take over her lease, and she shares the bathroom with me so also a perfect spot for people looking for two bedrooms!
