Horn Avenue

I’m currently looking for a roommate to rent out the 2nd room in my 2 bed 2 bath apartment. It’s located right off Sunset Strip on the top floor of the building with a private balcony. Rent includes water, power, gas, internet, and parking. There is also a shared pool and rec room for the building. Attached are some pictures of a unit with the same layout. The current unit is being completely renovated with new flooring, electrical work, and modern appliances. All genders and identities are welcome!

Hi there! I’m a college graduate from USC and currently working in consulting and accounting. While I do work during the week, I love to adventure out on the weekends to hiking trails, the beach, or the local live music bar. I’m also always down to stay in and binge-watch some tv. I also have a private studio where I write and produce music as a singer and piano player.
