The space gets a ton of natural light through the large windows. There is a separate private entrance and access to the shared backyard. There is a working wood chimney for cold weather. Central A/C Heat is available.

The property is 15 mins from Oakland University, 10 mins from Downtown Birmingham, 30 mins from Downtown Detroit and only 5 minutes from the I-75 highway. Grocery stores, Hardware stores, restaurants, and gas stations are all within 10 mins driving radius.

One of the rooms can fit king size bed and comes with big closet space; 2 people can easily share this room as well. The other room can fit a full-size bed. The living/dining room area is big enough where easily you can fit a full-size couch and 6 person dining table.

The kitchen is currently getting renovated with a full-size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, and kitchen cabinets. There is a separate pantry closet that comes with the space.

Utilities and internet are included.

The rooms are on the basement floor of the house. The living/dining, kitchen, and bathroom are all on the same floor. The bathroom is shared with the person who will take over the other room.

Both rooms are available starting 5/1. To move in must have 1-month rent, a 1-month security deposit, and a decent credit or a co-signer.

This is a perfect space for a young couple, students, or young professionals.

The owners live upstairs. They tend to keep it to themselves. At most you will bump into them in the driveway.
