Looking for a laid back, tidy, friendly, and reliable roommate who would like to fill one bedroom in a two bedroom apartment in Malden starting July 1st.

I have a bulldog mix (in pictures) so you must be okay with happy, energetic dogs. The apartment has a nice balcony, water included, and laundry in the basement. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances, recess lighting throughout apartment, and the entire apartment features hardwood floors. Lots of space for parking on the street, and located a bit under 1.5 miles from Malden Center T stop. My landlord is hoping I can move quick on this - so drop me a message!
