Hollister Street

Hello, I live in an apartment in the near Northwest part of town. It's a 2br/2.5bath townhome style unit. I am renting out the master bedroom. The room is spacious, has it's own private bathroom, waking in closet and balcony. All bills paid included reserved parking spot. Internet included but don't have cable TV. The apartment is near US-290 close to plenty of restaurants, Target, Walmart, and LA fitness. Downtown and energy corridor are about 30 minutes away. I’m looking for quiet, respectful, student or full time professional person. 6 month lease agreement is preferred. No Pets preferably. I am a quite and respectfully, somewhat socially professional. I like cooking once in a while, mainly Hispanic dishes and like to share. Hope you like a bit of spice.
