Kallista's room

This is a three bedroom two and a half bath duplex. There is is parking and a yard and it’s close to the CDA downtown area. We already have a dog and no other animals can live here. Shared kitchen and living area and a nice patio area. Furnished in the living room and dining room. Water, trash, and lawn care is provided by landlord. Electric/gas and internet paid by tenants.

My boyfriend and I live here together. We have lived here for 3 years now. We are both pretty active people. We both work during the day and are home at night. We have a sweet dog who is very friendly and loves relaxing on the couch. Both my boyfriend and I like to keep pretty tidy and clean. We like watching the office, hanging out, and during the week are usually in bed by 9-9:30.
