Amber's room

1 room available in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. 1 person per bedroom. It is unfurnished but if you need a bed, I do have a daybed that I can put in the room. There is a firepit and large gas grill in the backyard. My other tenant and myself are very clean people and we ask that you also be clean. I had a bad experience with a filthy individual and my home needs to be treated with the respect you would want others to treat yours. I own the home and occupy a room in it but I stay with my fiancé the majority of the time so you will mostly be sharing the house with my other wonderful tenant. She pays extra to have her own bathroom so you will be sharing the other bathroom with me, however, as I said I am rarely there so it will feel like you have your own. Parties will not be allowed but we can discuss guests as the situation arises. This is simply due to my stringent school schedule as well as the other tenant’s busy work and school schedule. We both require a quiet home for this reason. Must be ok with a friendly dog and 2 indoor cats. My cat has free roam of the house at all times (except your personal space) and my other tenant’s cat is in her room unless she is home. The Mastiff/Shephard mix in the picture (on the right) recently passed away and I cannot bring myself to take down his photo but the black and white dog (Ava) on the left will be in the home on occasion. She is my dog, is incredibly friendly, and is with me at my fiancé’s the majority of the time but when we are not going to be home, my other tenant cares for her at the house so you must be okay with her there when necessary.
