Christie's room

Looking to rent out my second bedroom in my apartment. Private room and bathroom with washer and dryer in apartment. Must also pay half electric and internet each month. No pets as I already have the limit of 2 (a dog and cat) Rooms shown are the den (where the washer/dryer is) and spare bedroom which is now empty, and private bathroom.

I live alone with my dog and cat and have a boyfriend who visits and stays for a few days at a time.
