Hey, with my two roommates moving out I’m looking for a new roommate to move in on June 1st! It is a small but cozy house with three bedrooms, with the room up for grabs having its own door to the outside/ backyard with locks like the front door. It is across from Kells Park, on a street that doesn’t get a lot of traffic (since its a dead end). Also next to the bike path! Rent is 1200 a month

I work at the Newark Free Library, and am looking to renew the lease since it is so close to it. I am a empathetic and responsible roommate, with a cat that has FIV and is an absolute sweetheart. I am also nonbinary/ trans! Also I have a cool monkey plush that hangs out in the living room.
