ONE BLOCK FROM THE OCEAN! You have a WATER VIEW from your master suite (attached shower and whirlpool jet tub and bidet!) Water view from living area as well! Condo is 2 bed 2 full bath. We can discuss WiFi (Google webpass) and electric (FPL)
- the only other bills. Rooms on opposite sides of condo. I will be mostly in California working. We have sauna, gym, pool hotub all overlooking Indian Creek and Allison island.

I am super laid back and will be working in California mostly, which is why I’m looking for a roomie! I’ve lived here for a year already. If you would like the furniture in that room to stay where it is, we can totally work that out. Im hoping to find someone responsible, intelligent and easy going like myself. No heavy drinkers, no smokers, no heavy partiers. Must be clean and keep areas tidy. Quiet place with concierge on duty, key fob entry, pool and gym almost never busy.
