We are located nearby old downtown Hillsboro. 15min walk to Hatfield MAX station; 5 min drive to Pacific University’s Hillsboro campus; close to Intel. House is three bed, one bath ranch-style with a fenced backyard. Neighbors are friendly; to me it feels like a home :) Note, we are renting the property, so you would need to fill out an application/background check through the property management folks. Cats or dogs are allowed with a $50/month pet rent (assuming they get along with our kitty - note she is FIV+). The open bedroom currently has a bedspring and mattress (see photos) but we can remove them if you have your own.
Me (she/her) and my partner (he/him) share one bedroom. We are both queer, in our mid-twenties, and work day shifts in manufacturing Thurs-Sat. We drink occasionally, and a lot of our summer weekends are spent hiking, and in Kama’s case, rock-climbing. We’re pretty responsible/self-sufficient, and are somewhat social. Our third roommate (she/her) has the second bedroom which is down the hallway; she works security at Intel and often wakes up at 3am for her shift, although it’s never disturbed Kama or my’s sleep. When she’s not working, she’s often chilling at home in her bedroom with her boyfriend. She’s tidy - tidier than me, but I keep my clutter contained to our bedroom - and friendly. She may be going to dental hygiene school in the fall, on top of her job. The open bedroom is next to ours. It currently has a bedspring and mattress but we can remove them if you have your own. Things we value: sustainability/minimalism, community, the outdoors.
