About the Townhouse: 3 Stories Corner Townhouse. The first floor is the garage, the second floor is living room/dining room and kitchen with half bathroom, also there’s balcony. The third floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 master bedroom w/ attached bathroom, and 2 regular bedrooms with shared bathroom. You will share a bathroom with one other roommate. Extra half bathroom on 2nd floor too. -plenty street parking

I hate cooking, its a waste of time. I’m very productive in general, I like to learn new things and try to be better than I was yesterday.

You are considerate, cleanliness is a MUST, easy going, friendly, more importantly, you are down to earth and like to hang out and have a drink or two once in a while.
