Looking for a roommate in the Houston’s Inner Loop, in the Montrose neighborhood. Unit is on the first floor of a six plex building. Washer and dryer in unit, front porch/yard is shared space with other units. This is a 2 bed/1 bath unit. Central ac/electric stove. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. There is a coffee shop, a few bars/restaurants, and two parks within walking distance.

Hello, my name is Megan. I’m thirty and work part time from home, part time in the food service industry. I’m fairly quiet and keep to myself. I may have a few friends over occasionally, but keep things pretty low key when I do. I live in this apartment with my golden retriever mix, so anyone interested would need to be okay with dogs. I also request that my roommate does not have a pet to bring with them, as my dog is bad with other dogs/cats. Hope to talk to you soon!
