Lakeshore Avenue

Personally, I love it here. The lake is across the street, the grocery store is around the corner, and there’s a ton of dining options near by. Your room will have the washer and dryer in it, along with your own full bathroom. There’s a really big deck, and what it lacks in view it makes up for in privacy. You’ll have access to a sauna and a small fitness room in the building. Only cons: it can get cold easily in the apartment, and there’s not a ton of natural light in the living room.

I’m easy going, a little messy at times but that’s the worst of it. I play video games in the living room in the evenings, but I usually have a headset on so the only noise is me chatting with my friends. Looking for the right fit of a roommate above all else, willing to compromise on a lot as long as we get along well. Feel free to ask any questions, my ig is max_bauman
