Runner/Bikers/Nature enthusiasts’ paradise as 2-bedroom apartment is directly on the Santa Fe Trail walking distance from White Rock Lake. Stunning nature views from all windows and patio. Sunrise views in morning are inspiring. Besides being on Santa Fe Trail, restaurants and shopping is walkable. Complex has lots of amenities, 2 pools, modern gym, 2 dog parks, free boot-camp classes for residents and a business center.
Apartment comes with all the standard appliances (including washer/ dryer) that are newer and in good working order. Marble tabletops in kitchen and in bathroom.
Your bedroom measurements are 12.2’ by 10.8’ with a attached private bathroom. The bathroom has a shower/tub, perfect for those who enjoy baths and with 2 sinks. The apartment common areas include living room, kitchen, and patio and are already furnished, so you will just need to bring your bedroom furniture.
Note rent will increase starting 8/1/22, rate increase details will be shared with flat-mate asap, expected increase for flat-mate is $200+/-.
Flat-mate should be fully COVID vaccinated.
Flat mate will be asked to share in the cost of a maid cleaning service on a monthly basis.
About the roomies
Chill mid 50, straight, male lives with a very lovable German short haired pointer dog. I am H.S. teacher who commutes by bike on Santa Fe trail. I am a health enthusiast who enjoys cooking Italian and talking about the issues of the day. Favorite TV series West Wing, band Talking Heads and read NY Times. Musts
- Be Respectful of fellow flat-mate and work to keep friendly, harmonious atmosphere. If watching TV in shared living room, keep volume reasonable. After 11 pm and before 8 am be mindful of the flat-mate.
- Neat, no dishes or pots left in sink, either washed or in dishwasher. Keep shared rooms in order and their own room bedroom tidy.
- Like dogs
- Recycle/ compost friendly It would be nice if we share 1-2 dinners a week, maybe share a few basic food items that we both like, like seltzer water and or coffee. We can discuss if we want to do this. As teacher I work long hours during school year, mostly at school and on Sundays, (August-May) and travel most of July.
