Amazing 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom available in a 3/2 house in quiet South Middle River neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale. Easy access to I-95, the beach, downtown Fort Lauderdale and Wilton Manors. Large private bedroom and private bathroom (bathroom would be utilized by guests, but generally don’t have a lot of people over). There is also a 3rd bedroom that can function as a work-from-home environment.

IDEAL ROOMMATE would be a Professional or graduate student. Prefer female or LGBTQ applicants, age range 28 to 42

I work full time, mostly in the office but I do have some WFH flexibility. In my spare time, I volunteer with a local dog rescue and my alumni association (Go Gators!). I have a dog - she is a 4 year old bully mix. She loves people, but other animals…not so much.

I lead a pretty quiet life & if people come over it’s a very low-key affair (watch a movie, share a meal, sit out back with a beer)
