3 story townhouse. Shared with like-minded roommates that are either medical professionals or graduate students at UM. Close to everything! Walk to Metro-rail, Shopping center, and more. The house is fully furnished with smart TVs. You just need to bring your personal belongings. The design of the townhouse ensures the most privacy, each roommate has their own wing to the house. The available bedrooms are: The first floor and the 2nd master bedroom in the 3rd floor. You will rarely run into your roommates because of its layout unless you are using the common areas like the kitchen. Each room has a full-size bathroom and plenty of closet space. The house is conveniently located within less than 1 mile or 10-minute walk from Metro-rail, Publix, Trader Joe, Whole-Foods, Target, Dadeland Mall, Downtown Dadeland. Ask about electric scooter rental if you are interested. All utilities including water, electricity and high-speed internet are included. Occupancy is strict. Only one person per room. Visitors are OK. No more than 2 overnight stays for visitors. Must ask permission if more overnight stays are needed. A surcharge will apply. One-month lease minimum.

When you come tour the property, you’ll meet the other roommates. We make sure the vibes are right for everyone. You must have a clean background, be a young professional or a student. No couples. Each home is 3 bedrooms 3 people max per home. One person per room. You cannot move your boyfriend/girlfriend in later on…occupancy is very strict. Your lease will be terminated, no matter the circumstances. A visitor is ok for a couple of nights but when it turns into a week, a month. You’ll be asked to leave. Don’t say we didn’t warn you. Other than that you must have references and ability to pay on time. We are making sure we don’t end up with a squatter.
