One Norman Drive

I am moving out of the apartment and need someone to take over my part of the lease. My current roommate who will be staying is a young professional who is laid back and chill, and she has two adorable dogs!! ( 1 shitzhu and 1 boxer) The apartment complex is great! It feels very safe and the apartment has a beautiful view of the little lake out front. There is a pool and a gym and valet trash. The room that you would be living in is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a walk in closet. The master is very roomy ( I have an oversized chair, full bed, and couch in there comfortably). There is a full kitchen, washer and dryer, a roomy dining room and living room and a nice balcony overlooking the little lake as well. The lease that you will be taking over goes until April and the rent is $607 a month and then you would take over the energy bill as well, the internet is paid by my current roommate! It’s a great place to be!
