1 bed, 1 bath and walk in closet available. Fully furnished at this time but can be negotiated about moving furnisher out. I have 2 dogs so no pets allowed. Laundry in unit. Will need to sign lease with office. 1 month rent due. Rent and utilities by myself are 1380, wifi 25, electric 80 to 180. Must split bills evenly. Everything due on the 1st or the day you move in.

Just me and my 2 dogs, Ellie and Callie. 1st floor apartment with friendly neighbors. Pool and gym available at apartment complex. Love to workout, work too much, hanging out with my doggies, and spending days at the beach!
