NO Couples, for 1 person only. If you work from Home rent is $1,000. per month. NO alcoholics or druggies. Qualified applicants will have ALL of the following: A - Credit Score of 680 or higher. You can save the $50 application and credit check fee if you have Credit Karma/Credit Sesame or similar and can show me your score on your cell or tablet. B - 4 References, that is 2 personal not-related references, an emergency contact and your current Landlord. C - Proof of income of at least $2,700 per month D - Proof that you have a Bank or Credit Union Account
