Friendly, young, professional couple with 1 room to rent in quiet Palm Bay neighborhood. We are very laid back and are looking for someone like minded to share our home with. We have one dog and may have one other renter in the home in which you would be sharing the bathroom with. We’re very outdoorsy people, enjoy fishing, kayaking and going to the beach. We drink casually but will not tolerate any smoking or drugs. We both work often and are expecting our renter to clean up after themselves and help out cleaning the home once a week. $700 Security Deposit and first months rent due upfront.
