Our spacious, newly-renovated apartment is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with ample street parking and features a lovely, panoramic view of the Burbank Starlight Hills which can be seen from your large bedroom windows offering plenty of sunlight. The apartment also features an updated, modern galley style kitchen with modern appliances, plenty of shared storage space in the entryway, linen closet, and garage, and a spacious balcony to enjoy the afternoon sun.

From the apartment, you can walk a few blocks to The Burbank Town Center which offers ample dining, shopping, and movie theaters, or head toward The Burbank Hills for hiking and mountain biking trails as well as the famous Starlight Bowl.

-Rent is $1395/mo for your own private En Suite Master Bedroom with large closet and private full bathroom (totaling 230 sq ft.) along with 1 shared private garage space and storage unit. -Utilities are about $50 - $100 per person per month and internet is $35 per person per month. -Per landlord, no pets or smoking.
