Two bedroom duplex in Arcata. The second floor bedroom is opening and has its own floor and restroom! Rent is $1350 total but upstairs bedroom is bigger so the room is $700 a month. If interested would love to provide more details and move in time is actually flexible if needed to move into space earlier than July ! I have no problem with pets but unfortunately we are not allowed to have pets unless it’s a certified service animal.

Unfortunately we can’t have pets in my apartment but am okay with reptiles and fish if you happen to want to bring some into this space!
