Vivian's room

I am looking for two roommates. Each person will pay 1300, which includes all utilities. prospective candidates must be clean, quiet, and responsible. Always clean up after themselves in all common areas, and keep their room clean. The room comes fully furnished with a queen-size bed set, a desk and chair, and a large closet, TV. I also have a workout room in the basement.

I prefer someone who will not be bringing random people to the house.

I am a graduate student, quiet, and very clean. I have two beautiful dogs, who are well-behaved. I am always in and out. I barely cook. When I am home, and I am not sleeping, I am either catching up on work, studying, or spending some quality time with my pups.
