Zenith Drive

Hello were looking to fill an empty room in our house, it has hardwood floors, and was just refurbished, were all working adults and college students, so we can take a couple but no kids. For one person it would be 650 a month with 650 security deposit, and for a couple it will be 800 a month plus a 800 security deposit.We are all generally quiet and respectful,so we would ask the same, a great room for college students. You would be sharing a clean bathroom with another roommate. We have a hot tub and a fire pit in the backyard.
