Shared Laundry room in unit with new full size LG smart washer and dryer. 24/7 concierge on site and convince store. Valet parking for guests. Apartment building has rooftop infinity pool and hot tub and gym with rock climbing wall. Looking for a roommate for at least 3 months to 11 months starting may 1st. Must have a job or proof of long term income. Must be clean and respect common and private spaces. No evictions or criminal record. Ultimately looking for someone who is a professional or in school and sociable within reason. I believe in communication making the best of any situation and in a living situation It is paramount to set expectations on both ends
